Shipping and Delivery Policy

We will ship your order within 3 working days once the order is confirmed. For all UK orders please allow 3-5 business days to receive your item. While for all international orders please allow between 6-10 business days to receive your order.

Areas of Delivery and Fees

UK: Free Delivery for orders over £30 with UK. We charge £5 for all deliveries less than £30 within the UK, or such other delivery charges notified to you at the time you place your order.
The rest of the world: Free Delivery for orders over £70. We charge £7 for all deliveries less than  £70．

Shipping and Handling

All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.

Refund

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee across all items, excluding earrings (for hygiene reasons) and personalised items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at shantiayajewellery@gmail.com. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
