At Shantiaya, we source our Swarovski pearls directly from the Swarovski factory in Austria. What’s really impressive about these pearls is the way they’re coated using specialised Swarovski technology. This leaves them with a lustrous shimmer you won’t find anywhere else. This, combined with the crystal core, gives the pearls a real glow that appears to radiate directly from its centre.
 

The pearls have a smooth surface, and when worn they warm with the skin just like the real thing. The colouring is consistent and the Swarovski technology is the first method of its kind to produce such beautiful simulated pearls.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We will ship your order within 3 working days once the order is confirmed. For all UK orders please allow 3-5 business days to receive your item. While for all international orders please allow between 6-10 business days to receive your order.

Areas of Delivery and Fees

UK: Free Delivery for orders over £30 with UK. We charge £5 for all deliveries less than £30 within the UK, or such other delivery charges notified to you at the time you place your order.
The rest of the world: Free Delivery for orders over £70. We charge £7 for all deliveries less than  £70．

Shipping and Handling

All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee across all items, excluding earrings (for hygiene reasons) and personalised items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at shantiayajewellery@gmail.com.
